1. Not medical advice.

Nothing on this website, in your care plan, in our messages or from our Heal Assistants or automated assistant is medical advice. We do not examine, diagnose, prescribe or give second opinions. Heal Assistants are oncology nurses or Heal Assistants, not your doctors. Every medical decision belongs to the Patient and their treating doctors.

2. Not insurance.

HealAssist is not an insurer, agent, broker or TPA. We do not pay, reimburse or guarantee any medical bill, and we cannot promise what an insurer, hospital or scheme will decide.

3. Not an emergency service.

If something feels wrong, call your treating doctor or go to the nearest emergency room now. If you cannot reach them, call 112. Our WhatsApp line helps us follow up; it does not replace emergency care.

4. No promise of results.

We do not predict or promise anything about the course of any illness, about cure or recovery, about how long anyone will live, or about how long treatment will take. We cannot promise an appointment slot, a bill amount, an insurer's or scheme's decision, or how any hospital or doctor will act. Every family's situation is different.

5. Independence.

We are paid only by families. We take nothing from hospitals, insurers, employers, doctors, labs or pharmacies. Hospitals, doctors and other services you use are not ours, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Reports and savings.

Our monthly report shows only savings we can prove with a document, and the hours we worked. It is a record, not financial advice. Estimates are not bills, and we never count them as savings.

7. Website information.

The information here is general and may change. We try to keep it accurate; if something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Prices and what is included are set out in the Terms and on the Pricing page.

8. Family login.

One login is shared by your family. Anyone with the password sees everything in the account. You decide who gets it.

9. Codes.

If you use a code someone gave you, our Terms (clause 8) explain that we may pay that person. You never pay more because of a code.

10. Languages.

This website is in English and Hindi. If the two differ, the English text applies.
