Before you book
- HealAssist Healthtech Private Limited will use the details you give here (name, mobile, email, language, relation to the patient) to set up and run a one-hour video call with a Heal Assistant.
- On the call, the Heal Assistant will ask about the patient's hospital, treatment plan, how treatment is paid for and what help you need. We write these down to prepare your care plan. This is health information. It is stored in India and seen only by the HealAssist team working with you.
- We do not ask about the diagnosis at booking, and our messages never name the illness.
- If you are booking for someone else, you confirm that you may share this information with us for the patient's care.
- You can withdraw this consent any time (Account → Privacy, care@healassist.in or WhatsApp +91 93108 17792); we then stop using the information and delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
