For big doctor visits, admission and discharge. A family member joins for part of the visit.
₹999 per visit.
Pay when you book. ₹999, through Razorpay. The slot is yours once paid.
Getting there
- You book your own cab and meet the Heal Assistant at the hospital, or
- The Heal Assistant comes to your home and travels with the patient by cab.
You pay the cab fare at actual cost. It is not in the visit price. Heal Assistants never drive.
In the doctor's room
On a key visit the Heal Assistant sits in only if you and the patient say yes, every time. They take notes, record only if the doctor allows, and explain everything afterwards. Heal Assistants are not doctors and never give medical advice.
If the patient feels unwell
The Heal Assistant takes the patient to that hospital's emergency and calls you and the treating doctor. We never move an unwell patient by cab.
Cancelling
Cancel 12 hours or more before the visit: full refund. Less than 12 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
For reports or insurance work, the patient (or the person allowed to sign for them) signs a short authority letter first.
